I have been involved with the Second Life platform for six years. My specific area of expertise, skinning avatars, evolved out of an initial dislike for the unrealistic default look of avatars within SL. Along with a small group of early adopters, I have pioneered what has now become a standard skinned look for close to 95% of Second Life residents. That expertise also branches out into all areas of texturing and building. I have run a successful avatar texturing business in Second Life since February of 2004, have been contracted by companies and individuals to produce custom content for Second Life, and have been hired by McGraw Hill as an illustrator and technical advisor for "How to" books on Second Life. I am available for contract work or general help with Second Life.
