short advice: do not hire him. detailed: he's going to say that he know what he's doing and he know how to solve it, but the truth is that he's going to try learn about it or look for it. he might be good in small things like essays or something that needs google search only, but in big problems or programming stuff he's the worst. he told me that he know JavaEE he even lied about it, i showed him the problem set and he said i know it and i worked on 2 projects like it before, which why i hired him. he asked for 7 days so i gave him 7 days. after that he asked for 12 hours, which i also gave him, then he asked for 24 hours, and 7 hours after it. and at the end he sent me a sorry email (after sending him 9 emails with no respond from him) that he didn't do a thing in the project and that he doesn't know how to solve it. he wasted my time, lied to me, kept telling me "don't worry dear" every time i asked him about the project, and in the end turned out he didn't do a thing in the project. i'm in a big trouble because of him. hire him for small easy and quick things. NOTE: Always ask him for a daily proof, my mistake was that i didn't, if i asked him for it and from the first day didn't see a thing i wouldn't be in this trouble. ask him for a daily proof before you hire him, and the day he don't show a proof, you can go and hire somebody else and decline the invoice, because he didn't stick to the term of providing a daily proof.
