Served 10 years in the U.S. Army working in Supply and Logistics. Daily computer operations allow me to expand my knowledge of the whole Windows and Microsoft Office software packages. After obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree in Information Technology I then focused my skills on learning SQL Server, Enterprise Manager, Windows NT, Network Management and Server Administration. I have attained Certicates of Completion in Levels 2 and 3 of Crystal Reports. I have an advanced knowledge of Crystal Reports XI and Crystal 2008.
