Many times someone has a unique configuration and needs to find a specific driver which can resolve the compatibility issue. I make sure that all drivers on your operating system are up to date and have all of the necessary patches. I can remote control into a computer and do this work over the Internet.

Experience & Qualifications

My specific job function for most of my technical career has focused on software compatibility, software and hardware upgrade issues, beta testing, platform testing, server builds and an array of other things which are directly related to drivers. I have been hired to help resolve compatibility issues for a well known corporation that used over 250 custom applications for over 5000 users worldwide. I also worked at Gateway back in the early 90s when everything about drivers had to be custom scripted.
