I'm a college student majoring in Business Administration and Computer Information Science at a Rhode Island university. While not in class, I work as a customer service manager at a nationwide department store as well as running my own incorporated business that deals with online services and products. I have extensive computer knowledge both internet and desktop related. I'm proficient with desktop applications (such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and more) as well as being proficient with HTML and knowledgeable about PHP and mySQL. In the past, I've headed a few website projects (I would not consider myself a competent website coder or designer - most coding & design work was delegated) as well as running an online store for a period of time. I am available for any customer support or basic technical support usually during evening and early morning hours.
