For beginners, computers can be confusing. The problem with most computer experts is they either talk above your head, or they treat you like an idiot. Need simple guidance/advice on how to pick a computer? How about some little "tricks of the trade" to increase your knowledge...or you might have questions about Windows, MS Word or Powerpoint...or maybe you have an emergency and need some advice? Even if you just have general questions. Bottom line: just ask. If I can't help you (and I will tell you if I can't), I'll point you in the right direction and won't waste a lot of your time (which, as we all know, means money).

I have been a computer user since the early 1980s (before Windows was ever developed!). I'm not a techno geek/nerd, so I can relate to the common user and will use terms and words the average person uses and understands. I also have 10 years experience in classroom and practical instruction.
