I studied ICT throughout school. I have 4 GCSE grades in this area, 2 A level grades and am currently just finishing my second your of university on an information technology course. I have a wide knowledge base in the computer area and have helped several people with various problems in the past. I have some knowledge in a number of areas such as website design which involved using HTML, PHP and CSS coding, databases which involved using programs such as Microsoft access, MYSQL and oracle, systems development which involves knowledge of activity modelling, design class diagrams, DFDs, normalisation, logicalisation etc, IT support which includes procedure documentation, help desks etc, IT risk analysis which has given me knowledge such as viruses, threats, countermeasures, analysing risks and so on.
