I have 6 years on the IT market working for a German company - the must exigent and strict people.
In the latest 2 years I've been working as a project manager starting projects from specifications and arhitecture up to implementing and instaling them on the client site.
I've been working all the time in an international environment being part of teams involving people from Germany, Netherland, UK, Mexico, Austria, USA, etc.

I don't know what a proper definition of a good expert is in Kasamba. But, narcis sure did an outstanding job here. He's got the patience and skills to work under pressure. I'd strongly recommend him if you don't want to risk your energy and time with others, only to get disappointment in return.
