I have over 25 years of computer experience, and fifteen years of professional experience ranging from desktop support to high-end consulting.
I have supported environments ranging from very small businesses to multi-national corporations, including Bausch & Lomb and one of the largest law firms in the world.
I have owned AVIK Technologies, Inc., a technology consulting and support firm, since early 2004.
Small companies have the exact same computer needs as large ones - file storage, printing, email, Internet, security, etc. I specialize in taking the technologies used by large companies and scaling them down to where they help the client become more competitive, while still makeing good financial sense. I understand that businesses don't have "technology needs"... they have "business needs" that may be solved by technology. A solution *must* be *business* justifed.
