I am able to help troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, and I am able to assist with problems related to website design and authoring.

Experience & Qualifications

I have extensive experience in working with PC based systems both in the home and business environments. I have my own business locally helping clients troubleshoot their pc hardware and software issues, and have gained extensive experience as a beta tester for Microsoft on all versions of their Windows platform, as well as their Office suite of products. Additionally, I obtained my WebMaster's Certificate from the University of Pittsburgh, and have experience with wedsite design and authoring.
