I am a Microsoft Certified Computer Technician AND a professional QuickBooks advisor. Though I have a degree and comptuer industry certifications, my most important qualification is actual work experieng fixing computers and QuickBooks for a living. I spent four years in the Army (System Administration), two years at Canon (printer division), eight years at Intuit (Tier III QuickBooks support engineer). I have been self employed since 2006. I have a successful QuickBooks consulting and computer system repair business.
