Excellent phone skills, the ability to present technical concepts in common language, a positive attitude and a willingness to help others and share knowledge. Basic, Intermediate, and Expert knowledge of PC’s, peripheral devices, and a variety of office equipment, operating systems, network and internet, third part as well as custom applications.
