I provide technical assistance to users of Windows operating systems. I will be able to answer all questions regarding Windows 3.1/95/98/98SE/XP, as well as the components of Windows, such as Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, I have a limited knowledge of Windows NT-based operating systems, such as Windows for Workgroups, Windows NT/2000. I do provide knowledge for both Windows XP Home Edition and Professional.
