Experience & Qualifications

My experience started out when I was a teenage and I would assist my father in fixing computers for our perspective clients. When I graduated high school, I work in 2 college computer labs where I would assist students with loading the necessary software in order to complete their assignments. I have also done tutorials in various computer software packages, such as Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. I have also worked as a 2nd level technical support analyst where I troubleshot issues relating to BellSouth's (now AT&T) DSL internet service. Not only did I troubleshoot the DSL internet service but I also troubleshot issues as it related to small home networks.
