The simple fact is many Kasamba programmers are too arrogant to accept smaller work. Or if they do they extort you. That just isn't the case here. He not only took the job immediately, but completed it within 2 hours and at a fair rate. His code was outstanding - you can tell he really knows his stuff. I can't say enough good things about him.
