My Expert Service
|
|
I am expert XML web services developer. I have developed several enterprise level XML web services using .NET.
I can design and develop any type of XML web service using .NET technologies. Programming language can be either C# or VB.NET.
I can also design and develop applications that consume XML web services. Such applications can parse and consume XML result sets, returned by XML Web Services.
I can also design and develop applications that will parse and extract information from XML documents or use XML to store data or to interchange data.

Experience & Qualifications
|
|
XML web Services:
1. A set of web services that will serve data based on the clients location. The client will request data based on a location. These web services will also synchronize and update the central data store based on the modified data received from the client. This web service was consumed from a Pocket PC application.
2. A set of web services for an online appointment scheduling application. These web services will serve, the available appointment slots, other business details such as products and services, maintain branch information and will also take in scheduled appointments and will trigger emails. This web service was consumed from a web application.
3. A set of web services to inquire outstanding billing amounts and to record payments for a telco. These web services interfaced with the customers telecommunications billing system. The web service inquired the account balances and posted payment details to/from this billing system. This web service was consumed from a Mobile Phones / PDA's over GPRS connections.
Web Service Consumers:
Apart from applications hat consumed the above web services I have also developed applications that consumed web services published by others.
I have developed a Pocket PC application that consumed a web service which served data about appointments and schedules for a field service crew. This web service returned data in a serial form and the application had to extract data by parsing the XML output.
Above is not a exhaustive list of experiences related to XML. Just a few significant projects to highlight the relevant experience.
