My name is Tim and I am the owner of Southland Information Technology, based in Fort Worth, TX. I have over 15 years of collective experience in this field.
I can assist with just about anything you need that is related to computers and technology. I am knowledgeable about hardware, software, games, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repair.
I am an expert in cellular phones, especially smartphones and PDAs. I am well versed in Windows Mobile phones, and I have been specially trained in Blackberry phones as well.
I have an extensive technical background and have worked with several major companies in the past. I was an Advanced Technical Support agent for Sprint, and I have worked as an order trouble technician for AT&T's Uverse department.
