I'm very patient when walking people through diagnostics or accomplishing new tasks. I can help diagnose hardware problems and assist with software or slowness problems through a remote connection or over the phone.

I've worked as a system administrator for companies ranging from startups of 40 people to being part of a support team at Cisco.
I've supported many different software applications and, especially in the startups, worn many different hats (desktop, helpdesk, phone lady, email, VPN).
Client applications I've supported: Microsoft Office 2000-2007(including Outlook), Microsoft Access, Visio, Thunderbird, Lotus Notes, Peachtree, Blackberry software
Server: Linux - mainly Debian-based (servers are Debian, Ubuntu for desktops usually, though I've had RedHat servers as well) and Windows 2003 server
Apps for servers are too many to list, but I have experience with Scalix, FlexLM, Meetingmaker, Bugzilla, Media wiki, Request Tracker, Lotus Notes
