Have been a key member of Telenor pre-paid (CRD) department to perform a variety of activities including listening the inbound calls and on the spot resolution to pre-paid customers, shadowing the junior staff by transfering the knowledge comprehensively and submitting the status report of the team members on weakly basis. In addition to that I have been an active member of the top thirty CRO’s who had imparted the training to one of our outsourced company (TRG) for inbound calls in Karachi.
