I have 18 years Experience, an excellent balance of hardware and software skills, strong Internet background, excellent information resource skills, an extensive library, some sophisticated diagnostic/data recovery software and my own PC/LAN tools. Although I am completely self-educated, I am also a member of IBM's Business and Enterprize Solutions Team (BESTeam), and have completed C.N.E training. My company, Echo Telecom, has built an Internet Café, builds and maintains Networks for many prominent businesses such as a major Car Dealership, a Video Surveillance Security Company, the Queens Symphony Orchestra, Recording Studios, and an Advertising Agency to name a few. Because I am self-educated, I have unusual problem solving skills and a fresh perspective on most any technical problem. I have been taking projects from the planning stage to reality for many years now and have developed some very creative solutions to cater to my client’s needs
