I have over 17 years experience providing statistical consulting services and over 15 years of programming experience (including SAS and S+/R). I worked at the US Census Bureau for 13 years where I wrote several software programs used in production and distributed world-wide. Along with the softare, I was responsible for writing software manuals for my software and for other software, and for proofreading other manuals and technical reports. I also have provided support services for various surveys, including survey design and seasonal adjustment. I have over 9 years of teaching experience, currently teaching statistics at a local university and high school algebra, geometry, pre-calculus. I often teach short courses on time series and seasonal adjustment. I am now a free-lance consultant working on mostly seasonal adjustment and benchmarking projects with contracts for customers in the United States and in Europe.
