My Expert Service

I have worked in customer service and office management for the past 20 years. For the past serveral years (9) I have trained our customer service staff in problem solving, orginization, customer response skills, and computer skills involving Excel and spreadsheet work. The past year has been devoted to start up of a new manufacturing plant. I look at any white wall and see a canvas to express myself, either with paint or paper.
I have 6 children and 6 grandchildren and that gives me an expertise in that area that can only be gained with experience.
I have experience in many craft projects.
