I have been cooking since I was in 4th grade. I am in my 40's now. I spent many years creating great food with what I had on hand in my pantry. I call this Food creativity. I love to cook for people. Cooking is soothing to me and I like to help others learn how to make simple delicious meals. Cooking doesn't have to be difficult or fance to be good. I love to make comfort food and have some great Texas Comfort food recipes.
