I am a self-taught candy-maker specializing in chocolate confections. I have oodles of recipes, hints, and trouble-shooting tips that can take your candy from amateur attempts to nearly professional displays. Not sure if your chocolate is tempered? I can help there, too! Since I am a self-taught candy-maker I had to figure things out the hard way.
