8+ years as a professional real life graphic designer, currently working in a corporate environment and focusing on web and print design.
Since January of 2005 I have been using my creative talents within the virtual world of Second Life, mentoring new residents, creating content (3D objects, textures, machinima), managing projects, organizing events and doing development work to outside companies interested in the possibilities of this new media space.
Currently one of the principals of the Second Life Development company, The Vesuvius Group (http://www.thevesuviusgroup.com).
Also, am blogmistress of http://www.holymeatballs.org a blog that focuses on the digital media initiatives of the NYC non-profit group, Global Kids who are also running programs within the teen grid space of Second Life.
