From grade 8 untill 12 I worked for the school Bakery, I prastise and learn the basic of bakery cooking from there.
I took other Thai Cooking class from a famouse Culinary School from Bangkok, that estabished by a famous chief who have cooking TV shows.
Right now I own, cook and train new people in a Thai Resturant, so I know what to teach and what kind of food that impress other by asking only a few question.
