Written questions are well researched and provided with a list of references used. Specific topics include fluid flow, heat transfer, mass transfer thermodynamics, kinetics, reactor design, process control and instrumentation. I have maintained a large directory of sites in the related fields that have been found useful because of the visual aids and interactive features. I am on the net at least every 12 hours, generally more often. I usually respond within 24 hours unless the answer requires reference to print sources or compilation from many sources.
