Manufacture of laser sealed gaseous tritium light sources (gtls). I have for 10 years been intemately involved as Project Leader and Manager of a business unit of the Atomic Energy Corporation of South Africa(AEC) called LUMITEC. My background in nuclear chemistry working for the AEC for 20 years prior to LUMITEC were essential for establishing LUMITEC. Expertise in this field requires knowledge of phosphor technology, laser technology, vacuum technology and glass technology.
