Some kids have problems with reading and I've found that Montessori Phonics seems to conquer even the most stubborn of reading problems.
Even kids with some learning disabilities make serious improvements when they are taught to read using Montessori. The Montessori Method of Teaching Reading was designed to teach learning-disabled children. And it turned out that the learning-disabled children where learning to read faster than the children at the local school.

Teaching is my passion and for the last 15 years that's what I've been doing. And in that time I've seen some remarkable results using Montessori. I've advised a lot of parents on a one to one basis as well as using Skype how to help improve their child to master reading. I've also written a book about teaching reading using the Montessori Method.
