I am able to provide tutoring services for children in Grade Kindergarten through grade 6 in all academic areas. I am also qualified to provide Reading or Language arts assistance to all students in grades 6-12. Additionally, I provide help to student teachers who may have questions regarding lesson plans,positive discipline practices, or any general question related to the classroom environment. Finally, I would welcome and encourage any questions from parents or caregivers. For example, how to deal with your child's teacher in a positive/proactive manner, What is the best was to handle problems at school, How to best help your child at home academically, or any other question or concern that may arise regarding your child and their educational experience.

Experience & Qualifications

Twelve years experience as an educator, primarily focusing in the middle level area. (Grades 5-6)
Served as Arts in Education Coordinator at my local school district for two years. Worked as cooperating teacher to several student teachers through the local college program. Also worked in the role of "lead teacher" for the school district summer school program for three years.
