I have 2 Masters degress. I am a graduate of the University of Cambridge, UK, the best university in the world for mathematics. I am also a graduate of the National Institute of Education (NIE) in Singapore, the institute that trains teachers of pupils who top the world in school math and science.

Experience & Qualifications
|
I am an ex-teacher and have been home tutor for more than a decade. I have taught a vast spectrum of students from primary (elementary) school to junior college (pre-university) and polytechnic/university level, including adult learners. I have patience with the slower learners.
I was the chief instructional designer of an e-learning company and before becoming a learning-objects consultant. Though not a computer-science graduate, I have been programming since the age of 10, and I can do very complex interactive stuff in Macromedia Flash (using Object-Oriented Programming) that give the computer gurus a run for their money.
Currently, I do cutting-edge research into the Learning Sciences, which concerns not only new educational technologies, but includes the wider social and psychological perspectives on how to help people learn better.
I am an expert with a unique blend of hard skills (e.g. math, multimedia) and soft skills (e.g. pedagogy, philosophy, essay writing).
