Over the past decade, I've worked with nearly 30 developmentally delayed, autistic, deaf,visually impaired and multiply disabled children and young adults with great success capturing their core strengths and nurturning them out. During my career, I have developed countless individual education plans, worked closely with parents and teachers, written assessments for regional centers and California school districts. For me, this is also a personal mission with deep meaning, as my own daughter is living with cerebral palsey, vision impairments, profound hearing loss and sever cognitive delay. Despite these challenges, she has grown into a truly wonderful, happy and productive young adult. My personal philosophy is that every human being with varying challenges and abilities has an immeasurable value and potential waiting to be brought out.
