I have more than five years research experience in following areas:
microbioal enzyme technology,molecular biology,microbial degradation.
I have used following equipments in routine:
Thermocycler, High Pressure Liquid Chromatography, Spectophotometer, Lyophilizer and Gel Electrophoresis. Autoclave and many more. In techniques, i have good command in microbial culture preservation, identification of microbes, gene amplification through PCR, detection of gene, isolation of cultures by enrichment technique, enzyme assays, microbial degradation of pesticides, bioremediation, detection of antibiotic resistance in microbes through phenotypic and molecular methods.
