PC12 cell culture, siRNA, micro-laser capturing, caspase-3 activity assessment, neuronal stem cells, video-microscopy, in vivo radio-labelled peptide injections, quantitative PCR, etc. From July 2005 to October 2007: Post-doctoral fellowship about the role of sexual hormones in lung development. Thin layer chromatography, infra-red spectroscopy, mice breeding, microarrays, etc. From January 2001 to June 2005: Doctoral thesis about the role of mechanical forces on lung development (in vivo). Fetal surgery, serial analysis of gene expression (SAGE), in situ hybridization, etc. From September 1999 to December 2001: Master thesis about the role of mechanical forces on lung development (ex vivo). Explant culture, immunohistochemistry, DNA purification and quantification, RNA purification and quantification, etc. From October to December 1998: Research training about the transcriptional regulation of integrins during melanocyte metastasis. Cell transfection, sequential 5'-deletions, plasmid construction, reporter gene activity measurement, etc. Summer 1995: Research training on biochemical characterization of fish muscle. Protein extraction, myofibrillar and sarcoplasmic muscular proteins isolation, protein quantification, etc.
