During my thirty-nine years in education, I have taught every age group from kindergarten through graduate school. I have been a teacher and an administrator. I am currently involved in graduate studies at the masters, Ed. S and doctoral levels.

Experience & Qualifications

I was a high school English teacher and tennis coach for fourteen years; I have been in higher education for twenty-six years. I am involved in teacher education at the graduate level. My primary expertise is in Curriculum and Instruction, but I am a licensed administrator and have served as an administrator at the college level. I offer advice to adults interested in teaching as a career and to teachers looking for ideas to use in their classrooms. However, I also offer advice to parents who are concerned about how best to have a positive relationship with their children's teachers and administrators as well as to teachers who want to establish positive relationships with their students' parents.
