I've been working in the food industry since I was 15 years old. It's been my calling since the moment I learned how to boil water. I've studied with Master Chefs and worked everywhere from cruise ships to high end restaurants. I've been a prep cook, I've been a line cook, I've ran my own kitchens, and most importantly tasted some of the best foods in the world.
