I can help with most user, program, or internet related problems. I have 3 I.T. degrees including a M.S. of Information Systems. I pride myself in being knowledgable enough to tackle most any I.T. issue, but kind and patient enough to not have the same reputation that many I.T. staffers have of being arrogant or condescending.

Experience & Qualifications

I currently serve as the primary website and database developer for my employer as well as the instructor for most of our inhouse training classes and one of 3 help desk assistance providers. I am a part of the technology ministry of my church and teach new users of all ages (oldest student is 74) to use thier PC's comfortably.
Tech areas that I am familiar with are (in no particular order) Javascript, ASP, HTML, CSS, SQL, SQL Server, Visual Studio, Expression Web, Aptana Studios, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, and multiple database products.
