Highly educated, degreed, experienced, and knowledgeable teacher of exceptional children--25 years of classroom experience--and still at it and loving it!--I have my masters degree and 40 college credit hours past that. I have been a leader in Response to Intervention--intervening to provide children with the help and interventions needed to keep them learning--to close the learning gap. I have worked with children in kindergarten through ninth grade specializing in reading, math, and written language remediation. I have a deep understanding of the special education process,the IEP, law, and have always acted as an advocate of students and parents.

The test scores of my students have absolutely rocketed--but I am not just about tests! I love teaching and it shows! My students rock!
