I hold a Master's Degree in Education and undergraduate degrees in English and Business Management (with a minor in Psychology). I have more than 10 years of teaching experience at middle school, high school and university levels, conducting classes in both English and Spanish.
I have also published two ESL textbooks and a number of newspaper articles relating to consumer issues. Extensive experience in customer service management.
I have a highly eclectic background including 10 years as a customer service trainer and manager, and even a couple of years' experience in restaurant management.
