LOGISTICS & GRADING COORDINATOR
Lead the work group responsible for accurate scoring of multiple-choice and item set questions. Responsible for exam scoring quality control of all domestic and international testing materials. Participated in various exam administration and grading processes including supervisor mailings, exam packing and shipping, and reporting candidate results. Additionally, provided preparation assistance for the Society Leadership Conference and grading of Level III exams including data entry, written correspondence, and customer service via the telephone, email, fax, proofreading, and assembling materials.
EXAM SCORING:
? Managed the machine grading process of answer sheets bi-annually. Machine grading represents over 75% of candidate exams for the June offering and 100% of candidate exams for the December offering.
? Ensured all multiple-choice and item set scores were 100% accurately recorded in the corporate database, using established scanning procedures and quality control processes.
? Trained and supervised the work of up to 35 temporary employees.
QUALITY CONTROL:
? Managed the essay grading quality control process, in detail, including cover to cover review of each essay book. Trained and supervised up to 80 temporary employees.
? Ensured all essay scores were 100% accurately recorded in the corporate database.
? Enhanced and streamlined quality control procedures.
