I've counseled adults, adolescents, and children in both one-on-one sessions and groups. Topics include: relationships, depression, time management, economic issues, job stresses, self-esteem, abuse, identity, nutrition, and communication. I was a counselor for adolescents at a high school where I also also facilitated a teen identity group. I've recovered from an eating disorder so I know a great deal about nutrition.
