Creating a healthy lifestyle is not always easy, but I believe that by addressing the underlying cause of dis-ease and assisting each person as a whole person - body, mind, spirit and emotions, we are able to work as a team for change. The therapies I provide are natural and non-toxic, including nutrition, botanical, homeopathic, mind-body, biofeedback and chinese medicine. I also provide wellness coaching and spiritual counseling about matters affecting one's health and life. Many people worry about how to eat well and stay healthy during these times. Especially for children. I believe it can be done.
