This blended with appropriate therapy aimed at the individual's needs is integral to my approach. I have over 30yrs experience and expertise in numerous therapeutic approaches eg. Cognitive Therapy, Hypnosis Based Cognitive Therapy, Empathic Counselling, Drug & Alcohol Counselling, Eye Movement Desensitiation Reprocessing, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Humour, Hypnosis, Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Strategic Therapy, and Client Centred therapy etc. I have trained/supervised numerous other health professionals. My expertise has been with all varieties of adult problems/diagnoses as well as running group therapy programs and providing life coaching. MY SERVICE GUARANTEE:

I am now currently in private practise. Formerly I was with a Govt. Dept. of Health for 25yrs, as a Senior Psychologist with a Community Counselling Team. I have worked in Hospitals and Medical Centres and Lectured at Universities. I have expertise in working with problems/issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Career/Work issues, Addictions, Self Esteem, Trauma, Grief, Sexuality, Phobias, Adjustment disorders, Identity, Gambling, Marriage-Family or other Relationship problems, Sexual Abuse, Domestic Violence, Pain Management, Gay and Lesbian issues, Conflict and Crisis, Management of Aggression and Stress Management. Through all of this, I have learnt are great deal from my clients and I endeavour to treat all with dignity and do no harm.
