I have been practicing in an outpatient setting utilizing the McKenzie method for the previous 5+ years with tremendous success.
I specialize in teaching patients how to rapidly resolve problems with low back pain, neck pain, shoulder, knee, hip, elbow ankle and wrist pain. My goal is to get you from point A to B as fast as possible, too many Physical Therapists string patients along for weeks longer than they need to take to heal fully and get back to what they wish to physically accomplish in life.
My goal is your physical independence and success in gaining that independence to heal yourself with my coaching through videos and detailed instructions that you can print out and use for decades down the line when you're ever hurt.
The principles are easy to learn and have been around (McKenzie MDT Therapy) since the 1960's and are proven in peer reviewed medical journals time and time again.
