As an ordained metaphysical minister, I am uniquely qualified to apply a blend of powerful intuition and practical problem solving for clients with difficult issues to address.
After years of dedicated study, I earned my B.A. in Psychology and Sociology. Currently, I am working towards my M.A. in Psychology, a degree that will complement my innate abilities to understand and attend to my clients’ biological, emotional, and social needs. In addition, I am finishing my Masters in Metaphysics at the University of Metaphysics. I am receiving intensive training that will not only strengthen my intuitive power, but also develop my skills in the application of modern theory and practice. While I am a Coach Training Alliance certified life coach and member of the International Coach Federation, I am also certified as a New Life Story™ Coach.

I am an accomplished spiritual life coach who blends the best of two worlds: intuitive and academic. As an experienced counselor with over 4,000 online consulting sessions, my practice is underscored by professional training and education in psychology and life coaching.
Healing is not the popular conception of removal of symptoms. Healing is to recover a greater experience of unity with the divine harmony, and our true selves.
Healing is returning to a state of alignment with your Higher Self or true way of being.
In its simplest form using Reiki is simply the practitioner placing their hands on the recipient with the intent of bringing healing, and willing for Reiki energy to flow.
There is a set of hand positions traditionally taught which give good coverage over the recipients entire body. It is not necessary to follow those positions, they are merely taught as a starting position from which the practitioner can learn.
If there is a specific area of concern the practitioner can keep his/her hands right there for as long as necessary.

My connection with O is very strong and very deep. But, there's times when she answers my questions and yet I struggle to accept them because they didnt fit the "predetermined" ending I had already laid out for myself. However, what I've learned this last year is if I dont attempt to spin and or control her 'replies" and instead trust with my heart to light the way for me the "guidance" I seek her out for is provided and my life is better for having trusted her. In summary she's just a great great person........and I'm happy to know and love her.

I find Ophelia to always be kind and informative. She listens to both what I'm saying and to what she's "feeling" as she reads for me. I always enjoy our sessions and will continue to contact her as she's very accurate!
