Jill Chasse holds a PhD in Public Health Administration/concentration of Maternal/Perinatal Mental Health and Wellness.
She also has a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Behavior, a Master's degree of Public Administration and a Master’s of Science in Psychology in family/developmental psychology.
She was certified in 1996 for counseling by the International Association for Counselors and Therapists and has since been working with families to prepare for birth and parenthood.

She has interned with the National Institutes of Health (Child Health and Human Development) and worked as a healthcare analyst for TRICARE. Additionally, she has been the Family Services Director of the SIDS foundation, led support groups, directed organizations, and has been seeing clients over 10 years.

Having attained 5 degrees, Dr. Chasse is well educated and experienced in public health, psychology, health administration, and maternal/child wellness.
She is an outreach member of The Association for Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health, Global Maternal/Child Health Association, World Association of Infant Mental Health, American Society of Public Administrators, and Internataional Association of Counselors and Therapists, among others.
Working in one-on-one or family counseling, Jill focuses on the baby, creating a womb curriculum for the parents to stimulate brain development and bonding before birth. She also teaches infant mental, emotional and cognitive health and development as well as childbirth education, early parenting classes, grief and bereavement support and relationship counseling. She helps parents developing and writing a birth plan and making informed birth and child care choices. She works with mothers experiencing postpartum depression and baby blues, as well as bereaved parents and those trying to conceive.

parenting, AIDS, advanced clinical hypnotherapy, alternative childbirth education, infant mental health, breastfeeding, depression, grief counseling, SIDS, genetics, baby massage, and multiple Public Health classes from Johns Hopkins University, Bloomberg School of Public Health.

She has conducted lectures, led discussions, and published numerous articles on these topics.
