Welcome to my virtual office. I have over 28 years of experience providing individual, couple and family counseling. I have been in private practice for over 25 years and have private and corporate clients across Canada and the United States. I specialize in therapies that reprogram the mind for success and happiness in all areas of life. Approximately 90% of what we believe, think, feel and do comes from subconscious programming. Change needs to happen at the deeper subconscious level where the beliefs and patterns are stored. I give my clients tools and techniques to lower stress and become resilient to it, and show them how to delete and re-program any negative beliefs and behaviors. You can program yourself for happiness and success with relationships, self-esteem, mood, behavior, career, finances, health, and anything else that you would like to improve. You can permanently change your negative perceptions and beliefs to create the life you want, no matter what the outside conditions may be.

I have been in private practice, working with individuals, couples, families, and businesses for over 28 years. I have diverse experience and can help many different people with a variety of issues. Prior to starting my private practice, my work began in medical hospitals, psychiatric hospitals, and government funded counseling agencies. I have expertise in a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques that can be used to address the conscious mind as well as the subconscious mind (90% of which controls all of our behavior and can sabotage our best intentions). In addition to my private clients, I also work with businesses and governments, providing them with the Performance Enhancement Seminars and other Health & Wellness programs (Stress Management & Resiliency Skills, Communication Skills, Emotional Intelligence Skills, Goal Setting & Mission/Vision Statement, Time Management, Team Building, Leadership Skills, and Motivation. I have released three CD’s and workbooks that help people reprogram and transform their emotions, behaviors, and negative beliefs.
