Former gym manager and athlete, I'm a yoga teacher with qualifications in yogic nutrition and therapy. I also trained in women's health, pregnancy and breastfeeding counseling. I know a lot about healing men's issues as well, prostate and sexual issues through herbal techniques and exercises. I've been working in the alternative medicine field for over 8 years.
