I graduated from McMaster University in 1997 with an Honours degree in Anthropology and Indigenous Studies. Learning about different cultural beliefs to health and healing is what inspired me to pursue a path in Naturopathic Medicine. I graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2005. I have taken additional courses in UNDA drainage, Homeopathy and Cosmetic Acupuncture. I am a trained Doula and have attended both home and hospital births. I received certification from the Body-Mind Medicine Institute of Harvard University and connect the mental and physical aspects of health and disease. I believe nutrition is the foundation to good health and preventative medicine. I use nutraceuticals, homeopathy, acupuncture, Chinese and western herbs and hydrotherapy. I have a general practice, where I treat conditions ranging from; digestive disturbances, skin complaints, allergies, mood disorders, hormonal imbalances, depressed immune systems, cancer, cardiovascular disease, weight management and chronic health complaints. I also help minimize the effects of aging with facial rejuvenation. I treat each case individually and customize a specific treatment plan for each patient. She is nice, but what botheres me a bit is that the email reading she did for me looked like some thing that was written before and was just said to me. It was some thing that can go for any one. It talks about situations that I am more than sure does not apply to the guy that was in question. That is some thing that makes me wonder a bit that how much of the reading was for the guy and how much it was for all the people. Other than that, She seems very nice. Thanks again
