I have over 30yrs experience and expertise in numerous treatment approaches eg. Cognitive Therapy, Hypnosis Based Cognitive Therapy, Empathic Counselling, Drug & Alcohol Counselling, Eye Movement Desensitiation Reprocessing, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Humour, Hypnosis, Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Strategic Therapy, and Client Centred therapy etc. I have trained/supervised numerous other health professionals. My expertise has been with all varieties of adult problems/diagnoses as well as running group therapy programs and providing life coaching.

I have expertise in working with conditions such as Anxiety, Depression, Addictions, Self Esteem, Trauma, Grief, Phobias, Adjustment disorders, Gambling, Relationship problems, Sexual Abuse, Domestic Violence, Pain Management, Management of Aggression and Stress Management.
